Healthy green tea is a strong provider of polyphenols, which are carotenoids . These have interchangeable wellness properties to vitamin C. Tea contain a huge number of main polyphenols, although the most found chemical is epigallocatechin gallate, referred to as EGCG. This is the most found part of green tea.
Tea can also contain caffeine, a major stimulant, although in much lesser quantities than can be found in other teas or within coffee.
