Just like many drinks, it should be taken in responsable amounts . Similarly, anyone that is likely to suffer from problems with sleep should not have Jasmine tea due to the caffeine that is within it. Also, people suffering with heart conditions should ignore green tea because of the caffeine nature of the drink. In the vast majority of cases, the upsides of drinking green tea can appear to outweigh the downsides, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in small amounts and only by people that are able to have a healthy amount of caffeine.
