Recently I've thought that the effective way to get healthy and drop some weight is to step up my plans and travel to the gym regularly. I've claimed it in the past and I shall say it once again, jogging outside just is not for me. Around January it is too cold, and in Summer it is far too humid. The in-between days are not too upsetting, but I'd much rather stay in the cool air-conditioned gym and run on the treadmill there. For those amongst you that aren't willing to walk to the gymnasium, you can still get an incredibly healthy exercise session at home.
You can also try workout videos so that you are able to workout when you're at home even if it's raining outside. It could also be worth digging out the bicycle machine you have got in the garage. Treadmills are falling in price and you should be able to find very inexpensive ones today. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be fairly slow, they're also very effective.
I am also hoping to eat a bit healthier, I'm lowering the fatty foods and moving to more salads. If you want to try this, the number one bit of advice here is to simply eat lesser amount before you go to sleep, so you could try having a lighter dinner.
