Today I have thought that the best way to get healthy and drop a bit of weight is to increase my plans and venture to the gymnasium regularly. I have said it in the past and I will state it once again, running out of doors just isn't for me. Around January it's far too cold, and in Summer it is far too humid. The in-between seasons aren't too bad, but I'd much rather stay in the air-conditioned gym and run on the treadmill there. For those amongst you that aren't happy about or likely to run to the gymnasium, you can still get a very effective exercise session at home.
You could also try exercise movies so that you can exercise when you're at home even if it's raining outdoors. It could also be worth dusting off that bike equipment that you have got in the basement. Jogging machines are lowering in cost and you are able to unearth moderately cheap machines now. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be moderately dull, they're also totally beneficial.
I am also trying to eat much healthier, I'm not eating the fatty foods and getting more salad. If you want to try this, the number one hint here is to quite simply eat lesser amount before you sleep, try eating a lighter dinner. I've also begun to have more Chinese tea, it's actually very good for you and can apparantly help to destroy fat content. You can read more on the effects of green tea at this green tea blog. A healthy breakfast and nutritious lunch and a moderate dinner, as well as drinking healthy tea or just water will ensure you stay healthy in a more effective manner.
