Recently I've decided that the greatest way to get healthier and drop some body weight is to increase my game plan and travel to the gymnasium a bit more often. I've said it before and I'm going to claim it once again, exercising outside just is not for me. In Winter it's far too cold, and in Summer it is far too hot. The in-between seasons are not too upsetting, but I would much rather stay in the cool air-conditioned gymnasium and run on the treadmill there.
