Does exercise inside still prove as beneficial as outdoor exercise?
The Wii fit from Nintendo enables users to choose from over 40 games across four major sections: yoga stances, strength training, aerobic exercises, and balancing games. In order to play Wii fit games, the user must balance on the wireless Wii Balance Board device that comes with the game. This board, which appears to be a little bit bigger than normal bathroom scale, allows weights of up to 300 pounds or so. It's powered by four batteries so ensure you get a battery charger for it as it can be annoying without it. It has about 4 sensors within the Nintendo Wii fit board which uncover where your feet are placed. The sensores can also monitor your centre of gravity, and uncover your body weight.
Exercises get you to do situps on the spot or are encouraged to do a variety of aerobic poses. These kinds of exercises can provide healthy workouts, but they are definitely not as useful as a true exercise session at the gym. it's hard to say how less effective they are, but I will mention that they are a good start, but not the best kind of exercise to make use of.
