This week I have thought that the greatest way to get healthier and drop a bit of weight is to increase my plans and run to the gymnasium a bit more often. I have claimed it before and I'll claim it once again, exercising out of doors just is not for me. In Winter it's too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it is too humid. The in-between days are not too upsetting, but I would rather live in the cool gym and run on the treadmill there. For those of you that are not likely to travel to the gymnasium, then you can still get an incredibly healthy work out indoors.
You can also try exercise programmes so that you can exercise when you're at home even when it's raining outside. It might also be worth getting out that bicycle machine that you have got in your attic. Jogging machines are descending in cost and you will be able to pick up moderately inexpensive machines today. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be fairly boring, they are also definitely effective.
I am also hoping to eat a bit healthier, I'm reducing the rich foods and getting more salads. If you want to try this, the number one bit of advice here is to simply eat less before you sleep, try having a lesser dinner. I've also started to drink more Chinese tea, it is actually very good for you and can apparantly help to break down fat.
