Just like many chemicals, it should be taken in responsable amounts . Similarly, those who suffer from sleep problems should ignore green tea due to the caffeine contained in it. Similarly, those suffering with heart conditions should leave Chinese green tea because of the caffeine nature of the substance. In the vast majority of cases, the healthy benefits of drinking green tea can often outweigh the negative, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderate amounts and only by those who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
