Just like many drinks, it should be taken in small doses . Similarly, people that suffer from problems with sleep should ignore green tea due to the caffeine found inside it. Similarly, anyone that have heart conditions should avoid Chinese tea because of the caffeine nature of the drink. In the vast majority of cases, the benefits of drinking tea can appear to outweigh the bad side, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in responsible amounts and only by people that are able to have a healthy amount of caffeine.
