Like many things, it should be taken in small amounts . Similarly, people who are likely to suffer from problems with sleep should leave Chinese tea as a result of the caffeine found within it. Similarly, people that suffer from heart conditions should ignore Chinese green tea because of the caffeine nature of the substance. In the vast majority of cases, the good points of green tea intake can often outweigh the negative, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderation and only by people who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
