Lately I've believed that the most effective way to get healthy and drop some fat is to increase my plan and travel to the gym a bit more regularly. I've said it before and I shall say it again, running outside just isn't for me. Around March it's far too cold, and in the Summer months it is far too humid. The in-between seasons aren't too upsetting, but I would much rather stay in the cool air-conditioned gym and exercise there. For those of you that are not likely to move to the gym, then you can still get an incredibly effective exercise session at home.
You can try workout films so that you can work out when you are indoors even if it's raining outdoors. It is also be worth uncovering the bike equipment you have got in your attic. Jogging machines are falling in price and you will be able to unearth moderately inexpensive machines now. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be fairly dull, they are also amazingly effective.
I'm also hoping to eat much healthier, I'm reducing the fatty and greasy food and moving to more salads.
