Just like many substances, it should be taken in small doses . Similarly, people that have abnormal sleep patterns should not have Jasmine tea due to the caffeine found within it. Also, anyone that suffer from heart conditions should ignore Chinese tea due to the caffeine nature of the substance. In the multitude of cases, the upsides of drinking tea can seem to outweigh the bad points, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderation and only by people who are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
