Just like many things, it should be taken in moderation . Similarly, anyone that is likely to suffer from abnormal sleep patterns should ignore green tea due to the caffeine found within it. Similarly, those that suffer from heart conditions should leave tea due to the caffeine nature of the substance. In the multitude of cases, the benefits of drinking tea can often can outweigh the negative, although like all caffeine-based drinks it should be taken in moderation and only by those who are able to enjoy a healthy intake of caffeine.
