Well the latest results from the basketball was a bit disappointing. Basically I can't wait for the next match. It's been this way a lot lately and I find myself wishing that we will keep bringing the awesome efforts that they have usually brought, it seems as if the team has been falling a bit downwards recently and it'd be nice if we were able to get back to doing what we do best. Lately I've thought that the best way to get healthier and lose some body weight is to increase my plan and run over to the gym more regularly. I have said it in the past and I shall state it once again, running out of doors just isn't for me. Around Winter it is too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it's far too humid. The in-between seasons are not too upsetting, but I would rather stay in the air-conditioned gymnasium and use the rowing machine there. For those of you that aren't willing to move to the gym, then you can still get a very healthy session at home.
You can try exercise shows so that you can exercise when you are at home even if it is raining outdoors. It might also be worth getting out the bicycle equipment that you've got in the basement. Running machines are lowering in price and you should be able to pick up relatively cheap treadmills today. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be somewhat slow, they're also completely beneficial.
I am also hoping to eat a lot healthier, I'm getting rid of the fatty food and moving to more salad. If you want to try this, the most important bit of advice here is to quite simply eat lesser amount before you go to sleep, so you could try having a lesser dinner. So, it's definitely been a pretty full-on week I guess you could say. I've had my iPhone break on me a little while ago and also since then I've been attempting to get my music store back back. I've of course had a look at Zavvi and similar shops like that, but then I discovered this website - emusic download store - they have available fifty free downloads when you sign up, and songs are usually as cheap as around 25 cents (or about 12p) and so I've been using the store to bring back my music. It's definitely a shame about my broken music collection though, but I'm definitely glad that I am slowly getting my music back to it's regular state.
