This week I have believed that the greatest way to get healthier and drop a bit of body weight is to bring up my game plan and walk to the gymnasium more often. I have said it in the past and I will state it once again, exercising outside just isn't for me. In February it's far too freezing cold, and in the Summer months it's too hot. The in-between months aren't too bad, but I would much rather live in the air-conditioned gym and do my workouts there. For those of you that are not willing to go to the gym, then you can still get an incredibly healthy session at home.
You could also try exercise videos so that you can workout when you're at home even when it is raining outdoors. It could also be worth finding that bike machine that you've got in the storage. Treadmills are coming down in price and you should be able to grab relatively inexpensive treadmills now. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be moderately boring, they're also amazingly effective.
I'm also attempting to eat a bit healthier, I'm lowering the rich and fatty foods and switching to more salads. If you want to try this, the number one tip here is to simply eat less before you go to sleep, so you could try eating a lighter dinner. I have also begun to have more tea, it is actually incredibly good for you and can apparantly help to destroy fat. You can read even more on the benefits of tea at this green tea website. A nutritious breakfast and healthy lunch and a light dinner, along with having healthy green tea or just water will help you stay healthy much easier.
