Keeping In Shape And Eating Healthier Food

In the last few weeks I've thought that the greatest way to get healthy and drop a bit of weight is to step up my game plan and walk to the gym regularly. I have claimed it in the past and I'm going to claim it once again, exercising outdoors just is not for me. Around March it is far too cold, and in Summer it's too warm. The in-between days are not too bad, but I'd rather live in the cool air-conditioned gymnasium and use the treadmill there. For those of you that are not likely to walk to the gym, then you can still get an incredibly effective workout at home.
You can also try exercise videos so that you can work out when you're indoors even if it's raining. It could also be worth finding the bike machine that you've got in your garage. Treadmills are coming down in price and you are able to pick up relatively low cost machines now. Whilst sit-ups and press-ups can be quite slow, they're also incredibly healthy.
I am also trying to eat much healthier, I'm cutting out the greasy food and switching to more salad. If you want to try this, the number one hint here is to quite simply eat less before you go to sleep, so you could try eating a lighter dinner. I have also started to have more green tea, it's honestly very good for you and can apparantly help to destroy fat content. You can discover more on the effects of green tea at this tea resource. A nutritious breakfast and nutritious lunch and a light dinner, along with taking healthy green tea or just water can ensure you stay healthy effectively.
